Attukal Pongala, a massive 10-day, women-only Hindu festival held in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, also holds a Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of women for a religious activity. Samskruthi Perth hosted the 2026 Attukal Pongala celebration on Tuesday, March 3rd, marking our 10th year of conducting this traditional festival in Perth, Western Australia. The event was held at the Perth Sri Balamurugan Temple.
